As always, we think it would be the most beneficial to only discuss our favorite spells at each level, and which ones to avoid. If you want some additional versatility, a 1-degree dip in Wizard can work well for your build.

If you’re going to take just a single wizard level, then you would do better to take Ritual Caster Wizard Feat or Magic initiate and go full Arcane Trickster 5e.
